Hi !
Your photos are terrible. When presenting your site you must put much better visual experience to your text content.
Code is awfull. How are you know where is what you need in your code correcting process ?
To get your site to normal state you must spend more time.

First of all I would separate the CSS from the Markup and then check them with the validators then link the CSS to the Markup.

The pictures need some work. Irrespective of the quality of the original photos, they should at least be edited so that they appear a consistent size and aspect ratio. For example, on the "About us" page the Career Building International Academy picture is slightly smaller than the scenes below it and the portraits are all different aspect ratios.

To my taste the pages look very busy. You might consider breaking them up with a few subtle horizontal lines between sections, for example.
