first thing you need to provide a link to your site in your post than just in the title of the post.

Site Review, remove the background Image, and if possible change the fonts - none of the fonts used in the layout look proffessional, change the color scheme to something more professional color scheme like - azure - gray, lime green - Black, Blue - Gray, Dark red - Gray. etc

You need to add more content to your site - remove some of the links from the menu and try to convert them as your Home page content.
