Many many javascripts running individually delayed the speed loading.
Site seems slow because of the following 8 javascript files loading individually.

http://rumahmobilku.com/home/templates/ja_larix/scripts/mootools.v1.1.js
http://rumahmobilku.com/home/templates/ja_larix/scripts/ja.script.js
http://rumahmobilku.com/home/templates/ja_larix/ja_transmenu/ja-transmenu.js

You have to merge these files to get better speed and more visitors.
The site looks clean and professional.Only speed is a concern.

I assume that it has to be corrected to home/templates/ja_larix/css/colors.css

Furthermore the site contains a lot of meta information. Try to avoid all these duplicate words in the description.

The separate JavaScript files can be combined in one larger JavaScript file as mentioned above. This can be done by combining them to one large file and only loading this file.

Choose from these.

But as you are using Joomlart stuff,if you still have the membership,you can use JA compress to get the best site performance.
