The colour scheme is a bit startling...maybe try and do some sort of graduated fill? Also, try not to overload on embedding youtube links, as it tends to take up a lot of space. :)

Pst - the link in your original post is still wrong (it points to http://www.xoriodet.elementfx.com.i/, not http://www.xoriodet.elementfx.com/). Also, FYI, you do not need the www.

There's no sense in having your logo at the bottom. Move it up to the top, possibly right above "Welcome to Xoriodet". I think most people can probably tell that it's your logo without the label, too ;)

The page is very wide and doesn't have a good sense of consistency. It might look better if you put the page content in a white backgrounded, narrowed container and left the blue background outside.

Think about other fonts - not too many people like Times New Roman. Even though their styling appears to be partially broken at the moment, Font Tester has a good list of web-safe fonts.

Your menu is broken - on all pages other than the home page, the Home link doesn't actually go to the Home page.

I'd recommend against the marquee at the top of the page. It's distracting and unnecessary.

Blue and yellow don't go well together. The colors should be changed., and you should try using tables in your html coding.
