Logo is Good. the template is also good...
Your website load time is normal..

`the main site was nice and easy to access but once I tired the forums the performance started to worsen

overall the site is nice. it has a clean design, but some color to spruce it up would help.

Lol, it spits "WebPage Maker" all over it. Though the interface was indeed easy to navigate through. It needs more color and also try and make the theme of your forum to at least the match the color scheme of your site. Don't flood the left navigation because some people (including me) tend to find it overwhelming with so much to click on. And the loading image is shown on the wrong place (on top of the site). I think it'd be better to be at the middle so the user can see that the site still is loading. But the logo is neat.

Average loading speed.

P.S.
Your sitemap doesn't work for me, Firefox 3.6.

EDIT:
Also avoid shifting the menu from left to right or the other way around specially if it contains the same thing.

Well , looking at the comments , I decided to change the background to add more color.
I have also removed the faulty preloader.
Well , the site's still under development , so you might see some minor snags.Please report them here.
