Design - Simple yet very functional with little to fault
Layout - Google for 'Fluid CSS Template', this will adapt to any normal size PC screen. Have not checked the mobile site version.
Content - covers a lot of subjects (300+ pages?) and as per usual some of this is copied from other multiple sources.
Mistakes - Page loading is slow due to the live visitor tracker and scroller. The information may be useful to you as the webmaster but to others it serves no real purpose.

I checked your site on my tablet pc with a fusebox browser and the margins are large enough to make the main content squashed down the center. My suggestion its set it up for a normal pc resolution. My site I use 1024 width with auto margins, and it seems to work even for mobile devices.
