Under no circumstances would we unsuspend the account, as that would put us in violation of US Copyright Law, which we're not going to be. You are permanently suspended. PERIOD. We cannot give you backups without unsuspending your account, and we're not going to. Pressing the issue isn't going to do anything but get you in deeper than you already are. You broke the TOS with a major violation, now deal with the consequences.
