You were suspended for file hosting (i.e. having lots of files on your account that have nothing to do with your website), in addition to a lack of website (meaning that all the files there couldn't possibly be for your website since you don't have one).
From our Terms of Service, file hosting is strictly disallowed, and users are required to have working websites within one (1) week. Since you breached both of these terms, you have been suspended per our Zero Tolerance policy, meaning that you cannot regain any access to your account or files on said account, and it will be automatically terminated in around 14 days' time.
I apologize for any inconvenience this causes, but I hope you understand that we cannot make any exceptions to the rules (which you agreed to upon signup). Thank you for using x10Hosting
