already 3 hours, logged at exactly 6:51 pm
he waited in a survey by the owner, he said 1-2 hours will be sent via e-mail, but until the past 2 hours there has been no message via e-mail me

Did you check your spam folder in the email? Otherwise, it might take some time to create your account. There are some server outages as accounts are being moved to new servers.
