Please un suspend my account

thecityofcauayan.x10hosting.com is my domain running a joomla website
i tried to back up my site using joolapack
thats suspended my account i dont know that this is going to be wrong with my our server please help me

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

I promise that i will not use that component again so please get back my site i need that very much,

Hi sadffa,

At the moment your account is not suspended.

1st and 2nd High resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended by yourself in account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

For 3rd the staff has to do it for you.

Try to backup manually

In filemanager navigate to public_html and compress all the files and then download.

The database can be taken backup by using phpmyadmin - using export feature.
