Dear Support People,

I paid 3.95 for the privilege of not having to log-in to the forums and keep my site on-line.
The claim that I have not logged in in 147 is valid - I paid for the option not to have to.
If you are going to make me log in once a month - I want my 4.00 back.

My site TheHomeStorageHelper is very important to my peoples and I need it back online asap.

I appreciate your time, I do not appreciate the inconvenience.

Please un-suspend my account right-away.

Please post your Cpanel username and the server name you are.

If your domain is TheHomeStorageHelper.info, your account is not suspended.

I see "Error establishing a database connection" when I visit the site. Which might be caused by the current mySQL server problems.

yes I have received that error as well and my account now shows that I am not suspended

so what's up that I cannot get my site viewed - I am getting a "timed out" error because the server isn't responding.


I really need to get my site online again - I have important info to post.
