It's been 2 weeks since you suspended my account. You said that it took 2 weeks but it's over 2 weeks now.

It's a minimum of 14 days before it terminates the account. It wouldn't be the first time it took longer, and if the cron that clears them isn't running...Well you get the idea. It was a zero tolerance suspension or we'dve been able to terminate it much earlier.
