HY, i was just browsing through my ftp files and just got suspended, pls unsuspend my account

Shell scripts count as script hosting and are also filled with exploits to attempt to cripple servers. You cannot be unsuspended.

But i didn't done anything, i was just browsing my files on the host when i got the error, my site was from 2 months live, i didn't break any rules , plssss

The file in question appears to have been uploaded october 11th; it's clearly indicated as a Web Shell which is -not- permitted. I'm unsure why it took this long to suspend you, but the fact is it's there:

Comes complete with self-nuking functions so it's supposedly undetectable. The problem is it got detected :/

But how can someone upload something on my website without my permision?I didn't uploaded any shells, i don't even know what they are, at least pls give me my a copy of my database back pls

You fairly obviously did upload them, or gave your account details to someone else who uploaded them. Files don't just upload themselves.

PLease make an investigation, i didn't uploaded anithing, why can't you understand?Pls check my ips, why the hell i would like to upload something that is not from my online store, mate i've been hacked by 4 TIMES from when my site was online, i worked day and night to fix my website, also this week my site was hacked by 2 times via .htacces, you could check this
