Hi, I recently got an email today stating that my premium account had been suspended for nonpayment, but the thing is, not only was this not true, but my account invoice and payment records both show that you got your payment on the 22nd and it was never returned, indicating that X10 did receive their payment.
So if you got your money, then how can my account be suspended for non payment?
