As can be seen from the client portal, the reason for your account suspension is as follows:
Account suspensions such as this are permanent. You may request a manual account review, but if you are knowingly using unlicensed software I wouldn't recommend it.

We cannot. You are using a stolen version of vBulletin; this falls under our Terms of Service as Warez and copyright infringement. The suspension is permanent, and cannot be lifted for any reason.
I do understand that this is an inconvenience, however we cannot allow activities like this to occur on our services.

It's in our Terms of Service, and vBulletin's website has no free version available for download. They do have a demo, however said demo cannot be downloaded, and is ran closed-source on their servers.
In addition, vBulletin works closely with us to help identify stolen installs and remove them from our service. The only difference in your case is we discovered it prior to them contacting us, but the end result is the same in both cases - the account is permanently suspended, no access permitted, as detailed in sections 6 and 8 of our Terms of Service.
As this is the case, and there is no way around it, I am closing this topic as it is no longer relevant. There is literally nothing that can be done to recover your account at this point.
