i cant install phpbb 3.0.4 in my hosting i request update php before 2day but its not updated and also open support ticker no reply please update my php version for my hosting

you can change it in your account (yourdomain.com/account). I think thats how you view it im only new so not sure.
anyway go there and change it.

Dont expect it to change instantly, it may take a while for someone to accept/decline it. also make sure you have a good reason to need it.
