Your site currently doesn't follow the TOS:

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

Currently 592mb of your disk space (pretty much all of it) is being used for the illegal distribution of said mp3's. You have 24hr to remove them to bring the account back in line with the TOS or it'll end up being suspended.

I'm also aware that'd put you below 500mb on the account which would make the upgrade to unmetered not available, but there's still three parts to the upgrade - 7 days old (a-okay), TOS abiding (nope), and over 500mb (won't be once the songs are removed). You're welcome to re-request it should you end up over 500mb again in the future, but copyright infringement is -not- a good way to go over 500mb.
