Please forgive me if you are not fluent in English, but I could barely make heads from tails in your message. I don't think that the script is banned per se, but there could be a fatal error in executing it, which doesn't show up (due to error reporting being turned off). Also, because I am not familiar in Discuz, it may not either have the proper permissions (you might have changed them being unaware of it, or it needs special permissions).

But try turning error reporting on and see if there's any errors showing up. That's by far one of the more common reasons scripts don't display anything.
They hide errors for security purposes, but make debugging a nightmare if you're unexperienced.
