Pls help me about ftp

I can't connect by using ftp
I use Smart FTP and it always said 'failed'
I am not sure what is the ftp url
my site is blossommusiq.exofire.net
the url should be
ftp.blossommusiq.exofire.net
isn't it?

Host : blossommusiq.exofire.net or ftp.blossommusiq.exofire.net
username : hybrid23(cpanel username)
password : cpanel password

Please ensure you have multiple connections turned off. I f you are having further troubles, please try and create a ftp account from your cpanel and try and see if it works.
