Pls Help! Suspended Account: Copyrighted software hosted on website.

Dear Sir,
I have a x10hosting free account - prime member. But suddenly our account was suspended for copyrighted software hosted on website. But this account is used only for testing now, if we did anything wrong then tell us the problem for solve it and unsuspend account.
We lost data since last time the chopin server was moved to vox and now we cant lost it again, there are days of hard work without saved backup because we belive on reliable service you offer . Before going to paid host we intend to test your services and decide, but everytime we have a surprise.

We have not intention to infringement any term of service, pls consider our request.

If the software was on your site at all, there is nothing you can do to "solve it"; it's a zero-tolerance violation of the Terms of Service:
