The backends used for suspensions are down as a result of the server moves ( http://status.x10hosting.com )
Once the server move is complete, you should be able to unsuspend yourself.

As the server not been moved, its taking too long. I can't unsuspend my account.

I'm escalating your thread. You account is unsuspended, but the suspension page is still showing. Just click on the yellow bar at the top of this page to enter the second tier to your support ticket.
