Friends please review my new site situnrocks.x10.mx which is under maintanance.Is there any restrictions on huge downloads from my sites by users ?

ToS says that you cannot use copyrighted content so if your content is your own or you own the copyright, it is ok with ToS
Also if you are using the site as a datastorage and download site, that can still be against ToS.All downloads must be legitimately connected to content of the site.
And high download and resource usage will lead to High resource usage suspensions.
Files which are being downloaded cannot be of huge sizes.
Kindly read ToS again before you implement the site else you could be risking the hosting account.
