I see a Database Connection Error.
Make sure in your configuration file for the script you are using that the host is set to 'localhost'.
Try the following:
Go to cPanel --> MySQL databases.
Drop the user from the database (do not delete user or database).
Reassign the user to the database giving all permissions.
