PluggedIn - Need Help and Suggestions

When the chat shows zero it just means that zero of your friends are online. You can send a message when no friends are online, they will just get the message when they login. If both of you are on at the same time then it works the same way as the facebook chat. Do you have any ideas how I could improve that to make it more clear that that shows users online?

Hmm. Probably make it more clear or something. And you could have it positioned like how FB Chat is positioned. Thats too small up there.

Ill think of a code, probably you could seperate the IM part and messaging part. Lemme think how to do it...
