Plz restore my host

My host (idpk000.x10hosting.com) was suspended on June 11th.
The reason given is user transfered to another server.
It says that I should open a ticket to get it solved. So I write this post.

Your account panel will until it is synced show the incorrect information about the status of your account, and also about what server you are on, until it is synced you will not be able to perform a password change.
