(Resolved)Point x10 website to domain

Hey,

i followed the instructions on the knowledgebase but, my x10 still would not point my website to my domain.(http://support.x10hosting.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=2)

Im trying to point zenxurion.x10hosting.com to www.mytuition.co.nz.

This is what i did: i went to addon domains in my account panel.

New Domain Name: mytuition.co.nz
Subdomain/FTP username: zenxurio (thats my ftp username)
Document Root: public_html
Password: (i made one up).

i added the nameservers onto my domain.
ns1 ns2 ns3 ns4 .x10hosting.com
i also pinged the nameservers using nslookup in cmd, as i thought the nameservers given in the knowledgebase was outdated.

Waited 24 hours, and www.mytuition.co.nz still says website not found.

Thanks in advance,
Roy

The names servers are only ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com That's it. There are no ns3 or ns4 mentioned in that knowledge base link as they don't exist.

Also, the username and password should be your cPanel username and cPanel password.

Ur main url http://zenxurion.x10hosting.com/ is not accesecebale.
Is your database host localhost.
And also if you create addon domain it will create a subfolder in your root directory. So in orrder to use your root directory you can use PARKED domain
