POP3 email setup

Hey i hope all is well.
I was hoping to get some help
Im trying to connect my email but nothing i try seems to work
here is the information that i am putting in the incoming server settings.
POP3 server - royalgdesign.com
security- SSL/TLS
Port- 995
Username- corporate@royalgdesign.com

Right as i was giving up i figured it out i need to change the server to x15.x10hosting.com
