Pop3 Server not accepting User name

Here is the mail server error I get :nuts:

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail server because the server did not accept your user name or password.

And yes I have double and tripple checked the username and password also I can log in successful using WebMail - Horde

When putting the username you need to put the complete email. Make sure you're putting the correct password.
I've restarted all mail services, try again now.
