popen security error

Hi,

I installed PEAR, and I'd like to install PECL mailparser in it, but I get this:

Warning: popen() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/vendelin/PEAR/PEAR/PEAR/Builder.php on line 440
ERROR: failed to run `phpize'

Please enable it for me just for being able to install it.

I'm sorry, functions cannot be enabled on a per-user basis because of they way PHP and Cpanel work.
