But I really hope the world wont go to cannibalism.. That would be pretty gross.

My UWDLC Idea, I just came up with the name. My language arts teacher made me write this.

UWDLC is an acronym for Underwater Development and Living City. The goal of to find and build suitable living quarters underwater near major wharfs in the United States and globally. In a UWDLC complex it would consist of Living Quarters, Physical Activity, Farming, est.

The UWDLC city would be built underwater near a port, this would allow a food source or quick access incase of an emergency. Air would come from tanks servicing like a submarine. Energy would be generated using hydroelectric generators located on the each side of the city. The project could hold tens of thousands and maybe more on a larger scale.

i think easiest way would be, again, space. you can get all the air you want with recycling the CO2 through plants and other chemicals etc. then you can use solar power, since your out in space there isnt much blocking you from the sun. as for food, you can grow your own things inside in patches of dirt (like really big gardens indoors). water can just be recycled and re-used since there is nowere it to go. as far as emergencies, i think we would be screwed either way lol, a big hole in a underwater city = bad, a big hole in a space station = just as bad.

so in essence both would work, but i'd probobly rather be in space better "view"

I think we will venture out into space, living under the water (like hotel is right now). Or natural disaters will wipe out huge numbers of people, or virus killing millions of people ect. Or build huge skyscrappers for every building.
