Dear Sir,
I tried to login the cPanel, but port 2083 is blocked by ISP. Can I use FTP or 80 port ?

yes, you can use ftp. You already have a default ftp account. The username and password is your cPanel username and password.

Your supposed to connect to : tony1966.pcriot.com

And your username is not an email address, that's what you use to login to your account panel. Click on your hosting details there and look through them. You'll see that your cPanel username is not an email address.
