I've had some trouble getting to the control panel and the webmail sites. I just want to set my e-mail up, but I guess I can't do that without the control panel, to my understanding. I've tried this from a couple of different computers on different ISPs. No dice. Any clues or suggestions?

My cPanel works!
Are you sure you have typed your subdomain/domain correctly?

If you have typed it correctly,
http://yoursubdomain.x10hosting.com/cpanel
(or http://www.yourdomain.yourwebsite extension/cpanel if you own a domain)

I am only having trouble accessing my site emails from Microsoft Outlook 2003 (doesnt like my usernames and passwords, even though they are all correct)

Im not sure if 2096 is the mail port, to me a get an alert 'The document contains no data'. But still, port 2082 (cPanel) works just fine.
