Ports and Ip's

I need 2 Ips to be allowed to access my website:

72.5.250.33
72.232.0.150

Also, on my website I needs ports 27500 to be opened. Thanks in advance

We do not allow remote connections for free accounts. We also can't open ports for it.

You should consider buying a paid account if you're planning to run a website that needs this kind of things.

I'm not arguing with you but I had a site hosted by you guys a while back and you were able to do it for me then, why cant it be done now? Is it a new policy?

Yes. We used to allow remote connections, by adding members IP address to the firewall. We had to stop allowing this due to abuse & security reasons.

In the future if Corey finds a way to control this, he'll enable it again.
