Ports for MySQL

Hello, I'm trying to access my MySQL database outside of my website using Navicat. But, I don't know the ports of MySQL. My website is http://dogbot.x10.mx/
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

due to the large security risk - x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account) - x10hosting's firewall blocks all remote database access

By default, the port is 3306. However, there is firewall blocking such connections as pointed out.
