possible ip change?

Good Evening, i'm hoping you can help me. Earlier on today i was able to view my website however from about 5 hrs ago i recieve a message when i connect saying that my ip might have changed. could someone look into this for me please. the url is http://www.link-market.co.uk

That page tends to get stuck in browser caches, so please try to clear your browser and DNS cache and try loading your site again.

yeah i'm seeing http://www.link-market.co.uk/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi but tried flushing dns and browser cache with no effect >.<
