Possible Old account conflict

Just created a new account yesterday since I could not login with the older account:
- removed by inactivity at day 14 march 2017 (+21 days warning).

then I notice I was neither:
- able to add my old domain dbonline.com.br to the new account. (return: Error: Another user owns this domain)
- or receive the email confirmation to my email spaw_morpheus@hotmail.com for the new account.

I was also once a member of "adfree-infinity-illuminated package", that had a special slot from free servers.

if I type any other thing on the browser :

http://dbonline1.x10host.com/

return: (The page does not exist)

http://dbonline.x10host.com/

and

Suspended Domain

both return with : (Apache is functioning normally)

about email confirmation:
- password reset received from the forum account.
- sure can receive link or code if is manually sent to my email. But somehow the automatically email confirmation from the new account is not working.

[Rules] OFF
[Anti-Spam] OFF
[Whitelist] : (x10hosting.com) + (support@x10hosting.com) + (accounts-noreply@x10hosting.com), still no email confirmation from the new account.
