Post size limit - Still not working

Continuing from this post, I'm still unable submit large amounts of text via POST. I don't think it has anything to do with PHP, since Corey had doubled the post max size, yet it still errors out. That, and the response is completely blank, no title, no error message, nothing whatsoever.
I've just tested an upload with a ~75KB image, and it worked as expected.

put it up to 15mb or 25mb
or
make it take the mb from the space that we have

I'm using my admin panel and the Form tutorial (details on original post). Neither work with the content I posted.
