No, the Windows 98 theme is darker, that's the Windows 2000 theme.

Hello everyone,
This is a screenshot of my PC that I've just taken from my PC. It's of the Compiz Fusion Desktop Cube plugin, running on Ubuntu Hardy Heron (8.04)....and the 3d Windows plugin (makes windows stamd out when the desktop cube is in action). I think it's pretty cool, what do you reckon?

Do note that I DID make that background, along with many others. Also, the orb on the Start Menu pulsates as well.
