I remember an elder thread on x10hosting about posting specifications. I had a very outdated computer then, and needed upgrading. I've upgraded, and I still need more done. I'm just going to purchase a new computer in couple of months, my current is getting way too old.

Current Specifications (upgraded, yet needs to be better for most latest technology)

Intel(R) Pentium 4 Processor 2.8GHz 1MB L2 Cache
1024 + 256MB RAM = 1.25GB RAM
NVIDIA 6800 128MB Pixel Shader 3.0

Oldest or newest...? I have a mismash, I'm posting this from a refurbed Mac Cube:

PPC G4 1 GHz
1.25 GB RAM
120 GB ATA HD
nVidia GeForce3 graphcis w/64 MB VRAM (no, I do not play WoW on this thing ;-))
Apple Studio Display 15" viewable 1024 x 768 res
DVD/CD ROM

It does what I need it to do. Now that it's finally migrated to the upstairs office space the Mac Mini can take over the other computer desk. I hooked up my old Que CD burner to it (and even found the software for it), might try to get it working again. I have 2 Dell Latitude D620 laptops that wander around the house as needed and a Thinkpad T20 that gets sacrificed to the malware gods regularly. OSX is my personal platform of choice, but Windows (and its foibles) is my bread and butter.

I figure all the old stuff I keep running adds up to at least one really hi end machine...somehow. lol
