Posts on WP are not visible

I'm sure there's a thread addressing this issue somewhere.
I'm receiving this message when upgrading network:
"Warning! Problem updating http://site.x10.bz. Your server may not be able to connect to sites running on it. Error message: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer"
I tried looking into it but it was like walking into a dark room for me,don't know crap about SQL's
I read about it in a WP forum but he suggested changing permission values,I just don't wanna make a mess of what I have.
Images show on the home page but not on the actual posts,thanks for your support.

I don't know for sure,I had just updated the WP 3.8 version and I was prompted to upgrade the network so I clicked on the link then,that notice popped up.
I tried to get a screenshot to show you but it's not coming up anymore,I'm assuming it was upgraded,whatever that means.
Still the posts are not showing content,images or videos only on the home page.
