Potential user; Quick question before I start using you guys

Hello, x10 community!
I had a quick question on x10's services before I either started using them or purchased a site from them.
My question is: Is port forwarding allowed on free accounts? If not, is it allowed on a premium account with/without a dedicated IP?

What do you mean by "port forwarding"? Typically that term is used whenever the computer you are connecting to is behind a NAT, and all of our servers have public IP addresses. That said, free hosting only allows a very limited number of ports through (such as HTTP port 80), premium has more. Either way, you would need a VPS if you were planning on running any sort of server/continuously-running script (something that runs 24/7) as those are against the terms of service for both free hosting as well as premium.
