I'm conducting a survey of men with physical anomalies of their penis and I want to post survey results online --- along with photos that respondents might submit that show their harm. Photos would be of either flaccid or erect penises, but no sexual acts, no ejaculation, no children, no faces. There would be a warning notification on an intro page that warns visitors what they're about to see, and if they are easily offended or under the age of 18 they should not enter. Is this content permitted or is it considered "adult content"?

If it would require an 18+ login thing, I'd call it adult material. I doublechecked what our Datacenter's Acceptable Use Policy boils down to as well; it'd be extremely borderline with them (covered under Vulgar, Obscene, possibly invasive of anothers privacy if they didn't realize where it was going), but personally I would call it adult material. I wouldn't recommend us for it; to be honest you'd need some form of a paid host (x10premium.com would work, as the TOS for the premium services doesn't have a pornography restriction, the drawback being it costs $). I haven't found a free host that tolerates adult material once it's been discovered, although I'll also admit there's quite a few who don't actively police its members as closely as others.
