1st, I appreciate all answers from the Chat, thank you for your help.
2nd, I read the TOS and have one important question, may I upload a star trek fansite? No mp3, no videos, no rapidshare links or downloads, nothing but information and images, like a wikipedia, using html/css and few flash, my own design.
Star Trek is (c) of paramount and I'd properly/always insert disclaimer and owner rights. I've a forum already and never had problems. There are many fansites out there and all respect the producers. Even wikipedia offers information with proper copyright.
Also, can I or others hotlink from my website, like show a picture on a forum, or may I also deny hotlinks, someone said it was possible, anyone confirm?
Last, some people gets envy or jealous of your website and they might falsly report an abuse when there is actually none, does Administration checks first before suspension proceedures?
