Premium Account : Not able to access CPanel for a week Help!!

Is there a better to way to get customer service than this board? My Cpanel has been down for a week and no one is getting back to me. Please help!

x10hosting is not really 24/7 support.

i avail premium hosting with add-on and i already paid but not active my account. damn...

if this hosting really 24/7 support they can answer the support ticket.

for support regarding Premium accounts - use the ticket system for Premium clients at --> [ https://clients.x10hosting.com/login ]
