premium account/site not recognzed

My account has been in the same state since purchasing premium services about 5 days ago. At one point my site (intensesecurity.com) was listed under my user login area but only for a short period. It now tells me Ive not purchased any premium services and my website is not active as a result.

please fix? thanks in advance

Howdy;
If you have purchased premium hosting you should have access to a client area which includes a support ticket system.
Questions and concerns regarding premium hosting service should be submitted through that ticket system.
Community helpers in in free hosting support forum are only able to address questions and concerns related to free hosting.

haha, I wasn't paying attention when I was posting this apparently. Currently working through the issue with the proper support ticket system now, thanks carl.
