Dear Staff,
I have signed up for an account with your free hosting but now I am interested in premium hosting. Therefore, I proceeded to your website www.x10hosting.com to buy such a service. However, when I tried to register I got a message in red that the login details were incorrect. Then I requsted a password reset but I got another message in red stating that "No client account was found with the email address you entered". Such a statement, however, contradicts the email that you have sent me last week when you asserted that my account has been activated.
Could you please enlighten me?
