Premium Hosting

Was going to go from Free Hosting Basic to Premium Hosting and entered all the necessary information and got to where it ask me to enter their PIN number given on my phone. Suppose the question is, how does one enter a PIN number on their home phone so that x10 hosting can call back to confirm?

The system should be sending an automated phone call to your phone and tell you the pin via audio; you then take the pin and enter it back in on the website, not through the phone itself. That said, if that phone call isn't going through, let us know and I'll try to direct an admin to this thread so we can get the verification resolved some other way.

No problem; if you run into any other troubles with the premium account now that it's created, use the ticket system there - it's likely to have better response time than here, and makes sure the people seeing the ticket have access to fix it Enjoy!
