premium switch help

hello i am trying to switch my hosting to the premium service but when i get up to the part where it says that i am receiving a phone call, my phone does not ring. i Would really appreciate any help with this i also can tell you that i have correctly entered two phone numbers neither worked.

Please could you ensure that on the signup page you chose the correct country and you entered your phone number correctly without the zero at the start and without the + code at the start.

yes i have done this numerous times now and still have not received a call. What now?

ok fixed sorry about that my dad unplugged the phone i plugged it in 6 missed calls :redface:
