I just bought Premium hosting .. and instead of upgrading this account that I already had and have my site on it already, it created a new one with its own Cpanel so all my files aren't even in that and I dont want to go through the trouble of having to set it all up again and reinstall my files since i could mess something up. All my files are still in this free hosting one but I just want everything on one account! I thought this was just gonna upgrade my current one.

I'd recommend opening a ticket with the premium client area information that would've been emailed to you (there's not a lot of premium staff who check the forums regularly); make sure to provide your cPanel username for free, and they should be able to migrate it.
