I think what you mean is that you signed up for X10Hosting premium and didn't get a login email?

If you've already checked your junk email folder, you could try requesting a password reset here: https://clients.x10hosting.com/pwreset.php

I can't help you any further since X10Premium has their own support team, but I will try to put one of them in contact with you.

If you can't get into your account you can always try contacting them through support@x10premium.com and explain your problem, please include needed information to help them find which account is yours.
